Following Thomas Jaeger's appointment as Managing Director of INP Schweiz on 1st February 2023, we are pleased to welcome Philipp Droege as a new member of the Executive Board as of 1st October 2023. Alongside Thomas Jaeger and Joerg Pfrommer, Philipp Droege will further strengthen the management of INP Schweiz as CTO.

Philipp Droege has been responsible for the Power Plants division at INP Schweiz since 2013. "I am looking forward to the new challenges, which we will successfully master together as a team," says Philipp Droege.

Philipp is an electrical engineer with more than 15 years of professional experience. He previously worked as a commissioning engineer in large power plants around the world, has been successfully leading a team of INP engineers in various functions for the past 10 years, and is significantly involved in the further development of the company.
