Trust Index

The INP Trust Index is derived regularly from our customer satisfaction surveys.

Following successful completion or deployment, every project and every INP employee is evaluated based on the following factors: Competence, reliability, integrity, fairness and transparency - i.e. the INP values.

Trust Index: 5.2 out of 6 possible points

With a current Trust Index of 5.2 points, our customers confirm a high level of trust. This motivates us to pursue the path we have embarked upon and to further develop our continuous improvement processes.
