New Management at INP Schweiz

After 20 years as the Managing Director, Herbert Ackermann is stepping down as CEO and going into well-deserved retirement.

Herbert Ackermann took over the management of INP Schweiz in 2003. During his time as CEO, the company has grown steadily and sustainably. Today, the company employs around 100 people who work for INP Schweiz all over the world. As a member of the Board of Directors, Herbert Ackermann will continue to support the strategic development of the company and provide advice to the new management team.

Thomas Jäger will become the new CEO and take over the INP Schweiz management as of 1 February 2023. Thomas Jäger has been a member of the Executive Board since 2021 and has held the position of CFO at INP Schweiz since 2008. "With a fantastic team, I am looking forward to the new challenge and I am confident that we will achieve many more objectives together", says Thomas Jäger. After his studies in business management, Thomas Jäger is currently expanding his knowledge with an MBA in business management at the FHNW in Windisch. He will complete his degree in spring 2024 with a master's thesis on the topic self-organisation in companies.
