In the night of February 25 to 26, our company was the target of a cyber incident. This was identified the following morning. Immediately after its discovery, we proactively disconnected our systems from the network and, together with external IT security partners, initiated the recovery process.

Since February 28, we have been fully operational again, with no significant impact on our business activities.

Based on current findings, data was exfiltrated by the attackers. However, this does not involve sensitive customer, financial or personal data. Nevertheless, it cannot be completely ruled out that the stolen information may be misused.

We therefore ask for increased vigilance: Should any documents or invoices in our name be received in the coming days, please review them carefully and contact us immediately in case of any uncertainties or suspicious circumstances.

The required notifications to the competent authorities (BACS) were made in parallel with the filing of a criminal complaint against unknown persons.

The incident has no significant impact on our operational capability. Should there be any questions or if further information is required, we will be happy to assist.
